Dreaming of a license represents the idea of permission or authority. When you have a license you are allowed to do a certain task; for example if you have a driver’s license you are allowed to drive, if you have a business license you are allowed to operate a business. Thus, dreaming of having a license represents a “permission slip” from an authority to do a certain task, behave in a certain way, or take on certain beliefs, practices, attitudes, etc…
